Save the Date: We’re Heading to Capri!
We are thrilled to share that we will be getting married in Capri, Italy on June 26, 2027. When we began planning, we quickly realized that we shared a simple vision: to build new memories in a place that we adore, while surrounded by the people we love most.
Capri has served as a backdrop for our past few summers, including this past September when it shifted from “a favorite vacation destination” to “the place where we got engaged…”
On this memorable day, to soak in the final remnants of summer, Ryan commandeered a small boat to explore the island’s many hidden coves and cliffside seascapes. After a few hours at sea, we cast the anchor and swam into shore on a secluded beach. Unbeknownst to Quinn, Ryan was swimming with a diamond ring tucked away in the pocket of his trunks.
They lounged on the rocky shore and watched boats shuttle across the Amalfi coastline. Before swimming back to their boat, Ryan knelt and asked Quinn to marry him. And of course she said “yes!”
The romantic high was quickly met with Ryan’s pragmatism, as he realized they were standing on porous boulders and a clumsy exchange would send the ring into the depths. With bated breath and shaky hands, they safely secured the ring on Quinn’s finger before heading back to celebrate and share the news with friends and family.
We absolutely love this little slice of paradise, and we can’t wait to share it with you!
